Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are in original, unused condition with all tags attached. Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable Goods
  • Personalized items
  • Items on sale
  • Hygiene-related products (e.g., teethers, feeding items)

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team at 7838695488 with your order details and reason for return.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. They need to submit uncut video of unboxing in case of incorrect products received.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or as store credit.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for incase of defective item (subject to availability). Please contact info@thebabyqoull.com to initiate the exchange process.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To ensure prompt resolution, provide:

  • Uncut video evidence of the unboxing
  • Clear images of the item in question

Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
